"Nikolov & Nikolov - Architects" is a Limited Liability Company registered in 1990 by Architects Pavel I. Nikolov (1922) and Iliyan P. Nikolov (1951) - father and son.
          After 14-year joint work in Arch. Pavel Nikolov’s studio at "Glavproekt" (where person formerly named executed designs since the institute’s establishment in 1948), activities of both naturally shifted towards the frameworks of a private company. Company’s registration symbolically restores existence of grandfather’s designer bureau - Eng. Constructor Iliya Nikolov, established in 1922. Thus the family designer tradition was established, existing uninterruptedly more than 85 years now.
          Company exclusively performs designer activities - city structure projects, feasibility studies, and investment projects in the field of civil construction - residential and public buildings, and interior design.
          During Company’s existence spanning more than 18 years, the Company developed and implemented projects for various clients, more significant amongst which are: National Assembly of Republic of Bulgaria (National Assembly Building reconstructions), Capital Municipality (New session hall of Capital Municipal Council), Sheraton Sofia Hotel Balkan AD (hotel building reconstructions, Sofia), International Capital Group AD (Ropotamo Plaza Building, Sofia), San Stefano Property Development AD (San Stefano Plaza Complex, Sofia), Renault-Nissan Bulgaria EAD (Commercial buildings of Renault-Nissan), Masterfix AD (Masterfix Building, Sofia) etc.
